       秋日微风，天高气爽，正是研学好时节。为丰富学生课余生活，苏州希雅国际学校前往林渡暖村进行以四大House家族为单位的研学活动。

当知识与实践相遇，

我们在研学旅途中收获点点滴滴；

将求知厚植于现实土壤,

我们在广阔天地间留下成长的足迹。

       这一次，抛开千篇一律的研学方式，我们对话陶艺老师，去亲手制作藏在指尖的艺术；歌唱青春美好，用音符传达美好心情；游戏中建立默契，和同伴一起感受运动激情...

There is nothing better than a joyful get together field trip with cool autumn breeze floating in the air while the sky is clear and the weather is bright. In order to enrich students' after-school life, Suzhou Innovation Academy went to a Village for educational excursions based on the four Houses.

When knowledge and practice meet,

We have gained little by little in our journey;

The pursuit of knowledge is deeply rooted in reality,

We left footprints of growth in the vast world.

This time, instead of adopting the traditional inquiry learning, we came to a pottery studio to appreciate and create the art that hidden in fingertips in person; we held a mini music concert to celebrate the beauty of youth; we played games together to build mutual trust and to feel the passion of sports.

      中国陶瓷文化源远流长，这泥与火的艺术，已传承千年。这一次，希雅学子们亲自动手，或拉坯，或捏塑。艺术创作没有水平高低之分：这一刻，希雅学子们忘记了House家族间的竞争，合作互助间，一件件作品从自己的手中诞生，带着泥土的芬芳，更透出自己的个性。

Chinese ceramic culture run a long history, the art of mud and fire has been passed down for thousands of years. This time, the students of SIA started the work by themselves. Either drawing or shaping, each piece of work was born from their own hands. With the fresh smell of mud, it showed their own personality.

      桂花秋，姑苏夜，苏州佳景如屏画。借此机会，四大House家族又重聚一方，在夕阳下留下了青春的留影。而随着夜幕降临，自助烧烤和希雅小型音乐节使得大家围坐一团，与清新自然为邻，与绚烂星空为伴。

烟花绚烂，音乐飘飘

是一场青春与音乐的美好邂逅

更是让热情与自然撞了个满怀

In the golden season full of osmanthus sweet fragrance, the whole Suzhou landscape just like a gorgeous painting. As the night falls, the self-service barbecue and the SIA Mini Music Concert get everyone together, neighboring the fresh nature, accompanying with brilliant stars.

The fireworks is splendid

 the music is floating

It's a beautiful encounter between youth and music

It makes enthusiasm and nature collide together

     小小的飞盘与躲避球，激起了四大House家族的对抗赛。比赛和玩乐不同，它多了几份“硝烟”的味道。希雅学子们在互相尊重、遵守规则、享受乐趣的基础上开展竞争，每个人都是在为团队而战，为荣耀而战。

一方面需要群策群力的沟通

排兵布阵的谋略

另一方面也需要敢为人先

勇夺第一的勇气

The frisbees and dodge balls inspired the rivalry of the SIA sports houses. Competition is different from play as it has more "smoke" flavor. SIA students compete based on mutual respect, complying with rules, and enjoying fun. Everyone is fighting for the team and glory.

On the one hand, 

it needs the strategy and solidarity

On the other hand, 

it needs the courage and power

       在不一样的环境与大自然亲密接触，在平凡的生活中看到不一样的景色，何尝不是一件美事。屏幕前的你们也不要羡慕：希雅期待广大校外同学一同加入研学活动中来。让我们相遇下一次的研学中，一同感受别样乐趣！

It is a delight when you close to the nature in different place, discover different fantastic views in everyday life. Come on! SIA is expecting you to join in our activities. Let's in the have fun together in the next field trip!
