Head of Admissions and Marketing
1.Responsible for answering the call of enrollment consultation, understanding the needs of parents, making corresponding information records
2.Regularly call back the recorded information to know the child's situation
3.Responsible for the reception of visiting guests, coordinating the division of department staff, including campus dormitory visit, etc.
4.Completing weekly reports, making statistical analysis of data, providing reference for admission & marketing officer, providing feedback of the progress on enrollment to the principal
5.Participating in various outreach activities representing the school as required; Taking irregular business trips to attend various exhibitions representing the school
6.Managing and supervising the process of admission system and registration, including accepting applications, organizing admission tests, managing candidate lists, confirming admission, etc., following up the registration of students, including sending invoices and admission notices, etc.
7.Building up and managing student’s documentation and databases
8.Co-ordinating drop-out arrangements, developing and monitoring drop-out arrangements for parents, finding out the reasons for drop-out
9.Making plan, purchasing and keeping the gifts and materials for school admissions and market activities, making records on goods-in and goods-out
10.Making monthly work plans according to the above work, and reporting the work progress to the leader before the end of the month
11.Other tasks assigned by the leader
1.Bachelor’s Degree or above
2.Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
3.Strong computer skills – including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
4.Good communication skills and ability
5.Ability to build relationships with other team members
