Head of Admissions and Marketing
1.Having a thorough understanding of the IB curriculum and student activities; maintaining communication with the teaching management staff to excavate bright spots, publicity spots
2.Designing and implementing the overall image publicity scheme of the school, such as posters, exhibition shelves, exhibition boards, brochures, etc.
3.The design and scheme formulation of gifts for the admission & marketing of school
4.Maintaining WeChat public account, completing two news every Wednesday and Saturday, conducting statistical analysis of WeChat public account fans and reading every week, designing interactive content of fans, maintaining the number of fans, such as messages with prizes etc.
5.Updating the official website regularly, making sure to keep the content synchronized with the WeChat official account, updating the website pictures, uploading the latest school news, such as academic activities, etc.
6.Making plans for new media channel development and management, such as Douyin, H5, etc., and ensure their implementation
7.Assisting to complete other admission work, such as consulting, campus visit, admission examination and registration, etc.
8.Managing the TV broadcast materials of the Admission & Marketing Department, playing them regularly according to the admission plan
9.Participating in various outreach activities representing the school as required; Taking irregular business trips to attend various exhibitions representing the school
10.Making monthly work plans according to the above work, and reporting the work progress to the leader before the end of the month
11.Other tasks assigned by the leader
1.Bachelor’s Degree or above
2.Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
3.Strong computer skills – including proficiency in PS, AI etc.
4.Ability to build relationships with other team members
