1.Paying attention to business etiquette and having a great professional image and ethics
2.Good at marketing research and being familiar with competitive dynamics
3.Having certain marketing awareness and negotiation ability
4.Developing channels such as overseas study and K12
5.Responsible for the expansion and publicity of admission
6.Responsible for product promotion and marketing on campus
7.Paying attention to the marketing trends, making investigation and analysis, and submitting reasonable suggestions on campus promotion
8.Assisting the department in organizing all kinds of campus activities
9.Proposing marketing strategy and conducting the marketing activities based on the target group and target market, such as the coordinating work with the training organization and other related school
10.Studying the market dynamic, and analyzing the competitors by collecting the feedback to put forward the adjusting proposal accordingly
11.Responsible for drafting the plan or proposal by the inquiries
12.On behalf of school to attend the activities if needed
13.Assisting the line manager to propose and finalize the admission tasks, such as visiting the campus, enrollment etc.
14.Working out the monthly work plan and reporting the schedule to the leader at the end of the month
15.Other tasks assigned by the leader
1.Bachelor’s Degree or above
2.Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
3.Strong computer skills – including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
4.Knowledge and understanding of marketing and public relations
5.Ability to build relationships with other team members
